About Rafael
Rafael Garcia was born in Mexico and raised in San Diego, California. He currently resides in Tallinn, Estonia, with his wife, Linda, whose support and editorial contributions helped bring this book to life. Over the past two decades, he has traveled extensively, lived in eleven countries and immersed himself in diverse cultures while continuing to explore life's deepest questions.
In 2004, Rafael had a near-death experience that profoundly altered his understanding of reality and consciousness. In the years that followed, he underwent a series of transformative spiritual experiences that reshaped his perspective on the nature of reality. These experiences led him to explore the possibility that we live within a sophisticated simulation or learning environment where consciousness temporarily inhabits physical form in order to grow, evolve, and master life's deeper lessons.
Rafael was a panelist at the 2024 International Association for Near-Death Studies Conference in Phoenix, Arizona, where he spoke about his transformative experiences and the nature of reality. He has also shared his journey through public talks and podcast appearances.
Through his writing and public work, Rafael helps others navigate personal challenges by identifying the deeper life lessons embedded within their experiences. Alongside this book, Rafael and Linda are working together on projects that focuses on building more conscious and harmonious systems for the future generations.
